Gorgeous Sam carried an amazing bouquet including Julia Roses, Honeymoon Roses, White Ranuncuals, Soft Pink David Austin Roses, Little Gem Magnolia and bound in Satin Ribbon. Honeymoon Roses with Little Gem Magnolia dressed up the boys Suits!. So, so, so pretty!

This loved up couple were married on the balcony of the Wharf Restaurant, overlooking the Harbour Bridge! To dress this space Blushing Blooms provided an 8m long fresh flower garland – this set the romantic scene and looked amazing -this concept was part of the overall wedding decor scheme designed by Event Angels (images also via Event Angels – thank you!)

We are delighted to share some beautiful photos from her and new hubby’s celebration – they are soooo beautiful.

Sydney Photographer Matt Kemp was appointed to shoot the day  and Event Angels was the overseeing planner so we were confident that this combined dream team would result in some stunning images – and yep, they sure are!

We love the fresh, romantic feel of these bouquets. Gorgeous Emma carried a magnificent design including White David Austins, Soft Pink Lisianthus, Bouvardia, Privett Berry and Succulents. Emma’s bridesmaids wore absoultely beautiful floral dresses and all carried a hand tied bouquet of Soft Pink David Austins, Soft Pink Lisianthus, White David Austins, Bouvardia,Privett Berry and Succulents. Altogether? Gorgeous!

This very special bride briefed us after reading the Blushing Blooms blog and her vision for a vintage inspired, rustic picnic wedding at Hyde Park Barracks was to-die-for!

Picnic baskets filled with flowers, bright pops of colour, bouquets that sung of fun and sunshine and bottles filled with flowers placed on every surface… so, when we found out we’d won this wedding we were super excited! Fast forward to now and here we are making all the above mentioned magic happen.

The professional images will of course follow – can not wait to share these – but in the meantime, here’s what we’ve been working on this week at the Blushing Blooms studio.

The bridal hedge is made in sections so that it can be transported and then assembled in full at the venue. As soon as the professional images of this wedding come through we will post them – until then here’s Sally working the magic on a lily and orchid design which is going to be amazing when complete…

These bouquets were simply to-die-for. Flowers included white spray roses, julia roses, honeymoon roses and silver dollar gum. The overall look was romantic, soft and the loose construction of the bouquet made for a ‘just hand picked’ look – exactly what the bride requested.

The room decor of centrepieces and arrangements were in keeping with the bouquet styles and featured candelabra for an opulent look.

Beautiful Amy carried a magnificent bouquet including Julia Roses, White Sweet William, Berzillia  Berry and Dusty Miller bound in Twine Binding. Julia Roses were also pinned into the brides hair for a soft and romantic feel. So, so pretty!

Now for an interesting twist, Amy & Josh are keen bowlers – and when wet weather interrupted their plans between their ceremony and reception they took their entire wedding to the alley and got down and dirty for some ten pin. How much fun! Yep, even Amy, resplendent in her stunning gown pulled on those bowling ‘clown’ shoes and showed her guests how it’s done!

This wedding is to be held at the Newport Mirage – a venue we are extremely familiar with and have worked with on multiple occasions.

The bouquets were soft marmalade-y tones with apricot roses and white Singapore orchids. The overall look was feminine, pretty and unique. Apricot is an emerging colour trend for 2012/3 and looks fabulous teamed with chocolate brown, other shades of orange and also coral into pink tones.
